EVOLUTION OF 3D

3D Basketball was founded on the North Shore in 1999 and now has a membership of more than 500 athletes. 2004-05 was the inaugural graduating class of 3D, in which 80% of that class went on to pursue their athletic pursuits at CIS Universities across Canada and NCAA Colleges within the United States. In an effort to continue to meet the regional demand of our athletes, 3D has now expanded into Burnaby, the Tri-Cities and the Fraser Valley at the SFU campus.

3D Elite Touring Teams have visited tournaments throughout the United States and Canada and more plans are in place for the upcoming year.

3D Elite Touring Teams compete annually in tournaments throughout the year across Canada and in the United States such as the Fall Swoosh Classic in Los Angeles featuring over 300 teams and 16 basketball courts in a single 150,000 square foot facility.

BUILDING TOWARDS THE FUTURE

3D Basketball is committed to the support of high school programs for youth and dedicated to the development of athletes for competition within their school teams. 3D Basketball Academy programs cater to the specific need of individual skill development and operate in conjunction with the high school system to allow athletes to maximize their playing potential.
