ABOUT THE ROYALS
This years Handsworth Jr team features a very young and skillful team made up of eight grade 9s and three grade 10s. The 9s had a successful 2008/09 season as grade 8s finishing 2nd at the provincial championships. The team has had a second place finish at the York House tournament and a third place finish at the Spectrum/Claremont tournament already this year. This will be an exciting year for the Jr Royals and this tournament will give our girls some great competition going into playoffs.
