14U-17U Boys Available Programs

In these sessions, we will focus on building fundamental skills such as shooting, passing, ball-handling, finishing, footwork, strength, and conditioning. We will use the latest basketball training techniques to develop our athletes and prepare them for the game and how it's played in this new era of basketball. Individual training is available for boys and girls of all ages.

This program will teach athletes the necessary fundamentals required to succeed in the sport of basketball. Teaching skills and concepts through a series of progressive lesson plans, players will learn the premise of sound decision-making and strategy. Harnessing the passion for the game, this Youth Development Program will prepare athletes for the opportunity to pursue basketball more seriously. In the fall, athletes will be will have the option to practice once or twice a week. On Friday nights they will come and play games. Each Friday we will make new teams and allow the players to take the skills they've worked on to the court.

3D Club Teams are a chance for the top players to train and compete at a high level. Many of these teams participate in local tournaments such as the 3D Spring Showcase, BC Shootout, the Western Canadian Championships, as well as travel to the United States and Internationally for Elite Level competition..

High School ELITE PROGRAM (Full year program)

With weekly practices, team programming, training and individual skill and team development take high priority in this program. You'll be playing with and against competitive players in high level tournaments that will help you push your game to the next level. Individual training provides skill development for every athlete in this program. THIS PROGRAM WILL PREPARE PLAYERS FOR POST-SECONDARY BASKETBALL. Athletes are expected to commit to a full year program from September-July (training 4x/week in the fall, 2x/week in the winter, 4x/week in the spring).

High School BLACK PROGRAM

With 3 practices a week, team programming, training and individual skill development take high priority in this program. You'll be playing with and against competitive players in local tournaments as well as events in Washington State. Individual training provides skill development for every athlete in this program. Athletes are expected to commit to an intense schedule from September-October & March-June (training 3x/week in the fall & 3x/week in the spring).

High School RED PROGRAM

With 2-3 practices a week, athletes will be given an opportunity to compete and train locally. This program allows athletes the flexibility to schedule other activities. Individual training will be a general focus for this program. Athletes are expected to commit to a spring season (training 2-3x/week in the spring). RED team athletes can play in the 3D Youth League in the fall.

3D Camps are designed to assist campers in building a solid foundation of guard skills. We incorporate a variety of drills designed to improve ball-handling, shooting, passing, defence, decision-making and more. These camps also feature competitive drills and scrimmages to give campers an opportunity to apply their skills in a game situation. What to bring to camp: Water bottle, a basketball (if your child has one), appropriate footwear and gear (reversible jersey preferred).
